We have an exciting new opportunity to join Wave as an Account Manager within our Client Management team. Wave is a recruitment technology business that combines technology, recruitment and marketing to provide a complete candidate attraction solution to our recruitment clients.
The role will include nurturing, managing and growing your client base providing them with all the candidate attraction and marketing advice they need to help them find the best talent. You’ll be helping your clients with their new website, advising on where to advertise: from job boards to programmatic and also helping them to use our unique job distribution tool. It’s a fast-paced role, but hopefully, you’ll be used to handling a number of clients at one time.
You’ll need to have some recruitment experience, be it as a recruitment consultant, or in a marketing capacity. Experience with the Job Board world will also be very useful. You should have a sound knowledge of Digital Marketing practices too.
Personality wise, we’re looking for someone with commercial awareness, drive, ambition and a team-player attitude. As an Account Manager, you will be encouraged to work autonomously and manage your client base effectively, whilst having creative freedom to contribute to the ambition, vision and ultimate success of the team. As well as providing you with relevant on-the-job training, Wave will also support you in obtaining industry specific qualifications to help you develop personally and professionally.

Salary: £25-30k OTE
